Members of the Madadeni SAPS Crime Prevention were performing their duties, on August 2 when they received information of two houses in Section 7 where dagga was sold.
Upon arrival at the first location (Section 7), officials searched the suspects house, after he had given permission.
Whist searching, Constable Buthelezi found 25 dry loose dagga packed in small transparent plastic bags, which weighed 0,06g.
They then proceeded to the section location at section 7, where a grey plastic bag which had loose dagga in it and one black plastic bag with 28 small envelops with dagga inside. The loose dagga weighed 0,49g and the 28 pokes weighed 0,27g.
Both suspects have been arrested and charged with possession of dagga.
