#ThrowBackThursday: What five musicians would look like if they were still alive today

Many legendary musicians have passed away over the past few decades. They left fans heartbroken, still listening to their music today.

Maybe you were thinking about what they could have created if they weren’t deceased.

Unfortunately, we cannot possibly know that, but what we could do is imagine what they would look like today if they were still alive.

Here’s what five rock stars who passed, would look like if they were still alive today:

1. Elvis Presley

The King of Rock passed away on August 16, 1977, aged 42. The singer, songwriter, and actor is also one of the most iconic symbols of pop culture. If he was alive today, he would be 82, and would look something like the man on the right.

2. Jimi Hendrix

The great instrumentalist passed away on September 18, 1970, aged 27. Although he died young, he was considered the best guitarist of his generation. His influence can still be felt in pop music today. He would be 77 years old had he lived.

3. Kurt Cobain

Nirvana’s frontman passed away on April 5, 1994, aged 27. The troubled young performer and his band were at the peak of their fame in the 90s during the heyday of grunge music. Had he lived, he would be a graciously aging 50 years old today.

4. John Lennon

He passed away on December 8, 1980, at the age of 40. Being one of the most influential Beatles member, his murder shook the world to its core. He would be 77 years old today.

5. Bob Marley

The Jamaican singer and songwriter passed away on May 11, 1981, aged 36. His songs blended reggae, ska and rocksteady, and are still popular today. He would be 72 years old today.
