#FoodPornFriday: Chocolate Mug Cake

Easter may be over, but the chocolate-lust still remains. Between the children going back to school and getting back into the work-groove, you probably don’t have time to bake a fabulous chocolate cake to sate your sweet-tooth. Luckily you found this post, because now you can make your cake, and eat it… all before work.

This will literally be the quickest and most delicious cake you will ever bake. Trust me, I’ve made it a thousand times.

Ingredients:

4 tb non-raising flour

2 tb cocoa

3 tb sugar

1/4 tb baking soda

A handful of chocolate chips

3 tb milk

3 tb oil

1/4 tsp vanilla extract
